Worst hotel in India

Visited with my 73 year old in laws for what was supposed to be a relaxing stay. The hotel is located in beautiful surroundings and claims to be a luxury resort. It is not. We stayed for 3 nights. Weddings were taking place with ear deafening music for 48 hours. It didn’t stop at night till we had to complain at nearly midnight both nights. Staff are courteous but not at all trained. They were incredibly inefficient and didn’t seem to understand English or Hindi. When I called room service I was told there was no staff available. Service at the poolside is non existent and you have to walk to the restaurant in your wet swimsuit to get served. Everyone was apologetic after the event but basically we paid to be tortured for 48 hours. When you complain instead of offering solutions you will be given excuses about how busy they are as if that is the responsibility of the customer. I absolutely do NOT recommend this hotel. I have travelled extensively in India and can say that this is the worst experience I’ve had. 2 star hotels are far more superior than this.

All staffs behaviour was good eco friendly Good to feel Jharana Purnima Sunidhi Santosh Rituraj Nice place Nice food Room quality was best Restaurant was good Staying is safe Happy to.reach here Also ambience was good Pool was very clean with proper safety Lake view was awesome
